PHRF-LO registered handicappers ONLY!

Please choose a unique "User Name" and "Password" that will belong to YOU ONLY and used to access the Handicapper section of our web site and to renew your club Certificates.

Once approved by the PHRF-LO administration office, you will be notified and able to  process on-line renewals of certificates for your club.
