Annual General Meetings are held each year in January.

The meeting is chaired by the President of the organization and attended by Member Club Handicappers to vote on varios issues. 

Central Council holds at least 3 meetings each year.

Central Council manages the handicapping aspects of the organization and is respresented by the Chief Handicapper, 2 Assistant Chief Handicappers and District Chief Handicappers representing the 6 regions around the lake.

The District Regions of PHRF-LO hold at least 2 meetings each yearly.

District region meetings are attended by the District Chief Handicapper and Club Handicappers (representatives) from Member Clubs within that particular region.

Our regions are: Eastern Yaching Council (EYC), Golden Horseshoe (GHPRF), Rochester (RDPHRF), South Shore (SSYRA), Toronto East (TORE)and Toronto West (TORW).

Executive meetings are held at least once per year.

The Executive of PHRF-LO manage the business and financial aspects of the organization and are represented by the President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Chief Handicapper and 2 Assistant Chief Handicappers.
