1. Meeting was called to order at 1:09 pm.
   
   
2. Increase all handicaps +6:

Motion that the PHRF-LO office increase all TOD handicaps (Flying Sails and Non-Flying Sails) by +6 (including the PHRF-LO base handicap from 171 to 177), adjust the C2 variable by –6 to 378.3 and change the J.Schneider’s Simplification from (685.411/(ASP + 514.411)) to (685.411/(ASP + 508.411)). M/S Bob Porter/Bruce Rand. Carried with 17 in acceptance, 3 in opposition.
Friendly amendment: Motion that additional expenses (of approximately $500) required to do this is approved. (Note: This motion was voted on prior to calling vote on the original motion). M/S Andrew Sensicle/John Crawley. Carried.
