RACE RESULTS DEADLINE

December 31st

In order for me to be able to process your results and get them included in this year's analysis, I must receive them no later than December 31st.

If I encounter a problem with your results I would need to contact you and get it resolved prior to the cut off date. So please send them in as soon as possible.

Send all race results directly to:

     PHRF-LO
     P.O. Box 61524, Fennell RPO
     Hamilton, On, Can. L8T 5A1
    Or by fax: 1-800-488-9885
    Or by email

Please link to our results page if you are unsure if your club has sent in results for 2004. This will be updated regularly.

ADMIN NEWS

We now have a working copy of the new race analysis program which I am running along side the old program in order to check for glitches. This has caused a bit more work to process your results.

The deadline for submitting your results is December 31st but I would ask that you try to send them in sooner to accommodate the extra work involved.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The date and place for the AGM has been set for:

January 29, 2005
10:30 AM
Youngstown Yacht Club

RSVP's are required for all attendees.
I must know in advance of this meeting if you plan to attend. If I do not have you registered as attending, I cannot guarantee that a copy of the Race Analysis Binder will be available for you. Please email, phone or fax
(1-800-488-9885) me directly to confirm.
Thanks,
Diana Riley

SPECIAL NOTE: I have been notified that the US Border has instituted a policy of fingerprinting anyone crossing into the US. In searching, I have found this limited to only a few gateways and it appears to be in the testing phase. Please make note of this and plan on possible delays at the borders. Please ensure your Passports are up-to-date if necessary.

If you encounter trouble at the border, please contact the PHRF-LO office at 1-800-488-9885. A number will be given to contact us at the AGM.
