Hello Everyone,

Just a quick newsletter to keep you updated on what is new or available.

Diana Riley
Executive Assistant PHRF-LO

Thanks go out to all who attended the AGM last month. There was a total of 39 handicappers in attendance.

I would also like to thank the Lakeshore Yacht Club for hosting the AGM and the wonderful lunch that was served.

Minutes to the meeting have been prepared and handicappers can view them here.

As part of my PHRF-LO life, I store historical documents in my home. I recently began to review some of these (in an effort to discard some of this) and came across an old box of documentation that includes things such as, the original meeting minutes when PHRF-LO was first established, and an original copy of the Irving Pratt. Ocean Race Handicapping Project written in October 1977.

My immediate thought was that this would be of interest to handicappers and should be scanned and placed on the web.

My next thought was....I do not have the time and PHRF-LO has not budgeted for this kind of project.

We are looking for a volunteer who would be willing to give some time to this effort. Please let me know if you would be interested in helping.

Thanks, Diana Riley
