TORW held a meeting on July 28th 2021 starting at 7 PM using Zoom.

2) Review of Nonsuch 26 MOD with mainsail measurements
The shorter gaff rigged main has less sail area than a standard Nonsuch main but due to wider girth measurements takes a -6 sec/mile adjustment. Decision was to create a MOD class to reflect the change from wishbone to gaff rigged boom and shorter hoist. The final ASP should be -3 sec/mile compared to a Nonsuch 26.

3) New class assignments

3a) PCYC – Baba 35
FS SP = 190 189 – PTF = 184 183
(DR: correction – SP must be divisible by 3)

With measured sails the NFS ASP including PTF = 211 210
(DR: correction – see above)

3b) RCYC – Hanse 470e
FS SP = 45 – PTF = 39
Intended FS ASP including PTF = 57
Note that the version rated has a deep “T” keel, may be an option.
