3) Mod boat adjustments
3a) Gilbert 25 MOD 1 Engine removed but prop and shaft left installed, outboard added. Further adjustment of -3 sec/mile, FS SP of 150 adjusts to 147
4) District Chair Election Michael Brown nominated, accepted and voted in for 2022.
