A: PHRF-LO does not endorse racing and scoring spinnaker boats with non-spinnaker boats in the same fleet.

PHRF-LO will not use results from such combined racing in their analysis for the purpose of adjusting handicaps.

However, if clubs or organizations wish to run such combined racing, perhaps due to limited numbers of participants, they may do so, but they must accept a much higher potential handicap error.
