Question: 

If our club joins, does PHRF-LO have people available to help get us started in the right direction?

Answer:

Yes and No.

The administration office and your District Chief is available to help by email or phone but we do not have a specific person who travels around the lake for this purpose.

We also hold an annual Spring Training seminar in which we try to cover some items that may have come up the previous season.
