Again, the PHRF-LO Family has lost another great, long time, handicapper.
Gareth Clemo was the club handicapper with the Alexandra Yacht Club for many years and I am sure his family, club members and friends, will truly miss him.
Even though this happened in February, PHRF-LO would like to extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends.
