The Technical Advisory Committee has suggested that PHRF-LO review the current whisker pole rule.
Handicappers have been emailed and asked to contact all certificate holders who are being penalized for oversized whisker poles to verify that the information on the certificate is reflected correctly.
PHRF-LO Executive have asked that Central Council review this for possible change for the 2008 season.
