It was agreed to include a statement (page 22) and new abbreviations (page 45) in our handicapper’s manual.
YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED
Central Council is asking you to identify currently handicapped classes that have movable appendages in order for us to update our records.
We will need to know:Class of Yacht and the type of keel.
E.g.: Articulating or canting with or without dagger or canard.
Please refer to page 45 of the handicappers manual for new abbreviations.
