Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM
Attendees: BRIT - Alex Taylor, COBA / DC – Bill Visser, KYC – Chris Walmsley, KYC – Robert Weguelin, NSC – Trevor Whitehouse,

Five IA’s being presented for consideration. No additional boats brought forward.

1. ALBERG 22 IB (PEYC Mike Bowland)– Inboard version of Alberg 22.
M/S Chris Walmsley / Trevor Whitehouse – SP of 294 NFS-SP 306, No PTF. Carried

2. SEASCAPE 27 CF IB (PRYC Kyle Boyce) – Inboard version of Seascape 27 (Torqueedo Sail Drive, permanently glassed vs retractable.
M/S Trevor Whitehouse / Alex Taylor – SP of 81 NFS-SP of 114. No PTF. Carried

3. HANS NICHOLSON 25 (PEYC Mike Bowland) – One-of boat. Wooden.
M/S Robert Weguelin / Trevor Whitehouse – SP of 216 NFS-SP of 228, No PTF.

4. DUFOUR 365 GL SD (KYC Chris Walmsley) – Boat recently rated by TORE District in Non-SD configuration.
M/S Trevor Whitehouse / Alex Taylor – SP of 135 NFS-SP of 144. No PTF. Carried,

5. FARR 38 / 11.6 Design 172 (COBA Bill Visser) – Boat has been previously rated using Farr 38 / 11.6 Design 72 measurements. There is a different in Design 172.
(Heavier, Different Keel).
 Concern that reported DISPL of 17000#over original DISPL of 10,600# or designer calculated DISPL of 11,700#. This does not seem to line up with other reported measurements.
Requested that LWL be checked. – IA Withdrawn.

KYC Chris Walmsley asked about how boat Destroyed can be removed from club inventory. Bill reported that previously there was an option to change boat on certificate to “.BOAT SOLD” which would keep the certificate alive but not track a specific boat class as tied to the certificate. With the OLC program, this is an option no longer available, and options are being investigated by PHRF-LO administration. Concern is that by keeping boat in inventory that no longer exists a false narrative may be represented.
